Rosslyn is a residential neighborhood in northwest Edmonton.
This area consisted of several farms until the subdivision was developed, and over time many homes were built. One in three residences (32.7%) were built between 1946 and 1960, and the rest over the next decade.
To the west 137 avenue was a gravel road with ditches on either side and barbed wire fencing with a number of openings to allow access into the area.
Today, the park area is nicely maintained and continues to serve the community well.
