Be sure to take a moment or two to sit and appreciate the dramatic view of the Allegheny River.
Parking is available at the Environmental Learning Center N 40°39.441 W 079°42.165, where a map of the park trails is posted on the side of the building. Then hike along the park trails beginning at the “closed service road”. You’ll want to be on the yellow/red trail overlooking the river. Although you will be on a trail, this hike will involve hills. No bushwacking necessary; but cache is off the trail.
