The Benson family have been residents in Ingleburn since the end of World War II. At the time the area was rural in character with small farms growing fruit and other produce for the urban market. The Benson family owned twenty acres which became urban in the mid-1970s.
The members of the family have been stalwarts of the community over these years. They have been active members of community groups including the Scouts, Apex and the Horticultural Society. It might be a quiet street but honours a true gentleman and community stalwart. Congratulations to Noodles22 on the FTF and commiserations to Jaybeem! and Mobsey. It looks like a case "you call that a torch, this is a torch"
