Geocache Description:

The cache a small clear sandwich box with a log book and a few small swaps.

This cache is named for our Great Dane Loki that enjoys her walks around this area. Its a great place to sit and rest or for a picnic. The cache can be found to the side of a picnic area in newly planted woodland (1994) called Wooscombe Wood and Rushy Mountain Wood which is on a public footpath. You can get to the area via a stile or kissing gate depending on which way you approach. There is a small layby where cars can pass but not really recommended for a long stay, so you may have a bit of a walk to get to GZ. This cache is not really suitable for wheelchairs or children's buggy's, sorry! Please keep dogs under control and tidy up after them. The views are great and it is not far from the Old Wansdyke. Keep an eye open for all the great wildlife. Please bring your own pen/cil and replace where found, Thanks. Loki and I hope you enjoy this cache and area as much as we do. Happy hunting! Congratulations to Kateplustwo & The Appletons on the joint FTF! :)
