Stone waller is a term often used in football when talking about a penalty claim.
"I am disappointed because we had a clear-cut penalty - a stonewaller - turned down"
"One was a penalty incident which looked to be a stonewaller but was given as a free-kick"
If you are on a streak or you need a calendar cache, then a stonewaller is probably what you want, so this cache may just be what you need.
However I was quite surprised when I looked up the definition of stonewaller and found it to have another meaning altogether, and that meaning may be more descriptive of this cache.
You'll just have to come and find out which it is for you.
