Geocache Description:

Thanks to Dr. Fred for his help in restoring this cache.

This is a tupperware type pitcher container. The top is blue with a yellow circle. It is very easy to spot, once you know where it is, right from the road! The cache overlooks a spot that for 47 years was a place of higher learning. The Homewood City Council recently added an historical marker to designate the site. Pay particular attention to the oak tree on the property, it was planted by people who loved this place in 1981. The exact location of the cache is in the hints, DON'T LOOK unless you are stumped! Be careful retrieving the cache, and place it exactly back where you found it. There is some good bounty here, as with all my caches. Have fun!
*NOTE*
On October 3, 2003 the cache was replaced by a steel green ammo box. The entire contents were replaced, and new goodies added. The cache had been wet in the severe rain/storms in May 2003, and most of the treasures had been replaced by trash over 2 years.
