Nevermore Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

NextStep_: I looked for this one, poked around in the water a bit, but it is gone, with a bat necklace left in its place. I will not be able to remake the cache this time of year, so am archiving it. Thanks for visiting.

Geocache Description:

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious caches of forgotten lore—
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
"'Tis some visiter," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door—
  Only this and nothing more."

So begins (mostly) a classic narrative poem by Edgar Allen Poe.

You may ask all that you encounter where the cache doth go.

Among spooky beasts and creatures of lore,

The answer shall eternally be, "Nevermore".
