George Stockbridge in the USA invented a vibration damper to minimise the vibrations caused by wind in long spans of power line. The dampers look like little dumbells mounted on the power cable close to the insulators at power pylons, and some are visible from near the cache location.
To find the cache you will have to solve a cross-figure puzzle like the nearby Tesla cache. Although the arithmetic is primary school level, a calculator may help with the bigger numbers.
