Penny Pincher #14 Traditional Cache

Here is the fourteenth cache in my Penny Pinching Series.
This cache is in a high traffic muggler area, but good timing should get you a quick in and out find. You can park right next to it. This is a place we would come to as kids for a blue light special. Please bring a pen or pencil to log the find. Keep as found and i added a FTF gift for the first person to get the smiley. Also included a paper clip to retreave the log. Enjoy!
