Geocache Description:

Join us for a late afternoon CITO at beautiful Ft. McAllister State Park from 5:00 - 6:00pm.

Recent hurricanes (Irma 2017 and Matthew 2016) have had a huge impact on Georgia's coastline and Ft. McAllister still needs help with debris pick-up.  The Georgia Geo-Campers will be camping inside the fort this weekend and we have offered to help as much as possible to give back to the park for hosting our group. 

 

The Park Manager specifically asked for help with debris pickup inside the fort so no heavy equipment needed, just bring some gloves.  We will provide the trash containers.

 

Parking pass required in all Ga state parks, $5.00 or annual pass.
