[EN] My geocaching friends Bupiteo and Vesuviano have hidden many caches in the mountains around the Amalfi coast and I've been trying to find them all, but the tracks where their caches are hidden don't get as many visitors as this 5 km track. Although the track starts off quite easy, it gets harder and harder during the track, when you have to traverse large rocks.
[IT] I miei amici di geocaching Bupiteo e Vesuviano hanno nascosto molti cache nelle montagne sopra la costiera amalfitana e ho provato a trovarli, ma là dove ci sono nascosti non vengono tanti geocacher come succede con questo sentiero di 5 km. [EN] If you just want to find the cache, you'll only have to follow the first 2 km of the track which is relatively easy compared to the last 2 km. The track starts at the indicated way point "Parking". From there, just follow the footpath. The track is quite easy to follow. After about 1.3 km, you'll pass by a public water fountain with potable water. Regardless of the season, you're likely want to refill your water bottle. After that, it's 700 more meters to the cache. Just stay on the main track until you are right under the cache. From that point, there is a short track leading to the building.
[IT] Se volete solo trovare il cache dovete seguire solo i primi 2 km del sentiero, il che è relativamente facile, paragonato agli ultimi 2 km. Il sentiero inizia al waypoint "Parcheggio". Da lì seguite il sentiero, che è facilmente percorribile. Dopo circa 1.3 km troverete una fontana pubblica con acqua potabile. Indifferentemente dalla stagione conviene fare il pieno d'acqua. Da qui fino al cache ci sono 700 metri. seguite il sentiero fino quando sarete sotto il cache. Da quel punto c'è un piccolo sentiero che porta alle rovine di un edificio.
[EN] To make sure you will not be spotted while searching the cache, it has been hidden a little away from the track, inside an abandoned building. That way the cache will stay dry. To make sure it will also stay clean, it has been hidden at head height.
[IT] Per essere sicuro che nessuno vi vedrà mentre cercate il cache, l'ho nascosto poco lontano dal sentiero, in un edificio abbandonato. In questo modo il cache stara all'asciutto. Per essere sicuro che il cache starà pulito, l'ho nascosto all'altezza della testa.

[EN] After I noticed a number of fake log entries in some of my other caches, I decided to enforce a regular geocaching rule: Any log entry on the web without matching entry in the paper logbook will be deleted unless a good reason was provided.
