It's that time of year!!
Spread cheer and mark your calendars! The party begins at 1pm. This is a pub, they allow minors inside before 8pm.
Participating in the gift exchange is optional. Everyone looks after their own tab with the establishment. Please include number of people in your party when logging your will attend. The pub wants to ensure we have enough tables and chairs for everyone.
When? Sunday December 03, 2017. 1 pm to 230pm. If you want to come earlier and enjoy some lunch, please do come earlier.
You do not need to celebrate Christmas in order to participate. Everyone of all faiths and denominations are welcome. Only requirement is that you must enjoy geocaching.
Where? The Atlantic Trap and Gill Pub 7704-104st NW, Edmonton. (table reserved for us under "Tyson & the Geocachers")
Who May Attend? All geocachers are welcome! (i.e. out-of-towners, new cachers).
Gift Exchange "rules" Participating in the gift exchange is optional. Gift must be no more than $10 Canadian. Gift must be wrapped, to provide an element of surprize. Gift must be suitable for geocachers (think what would you like to receive?) Gift must be family friendly, as this is a family friendly event. Put your gift on the table when you arrive, no later than 1:15pm. Pull a number after 1:15pm. Whoever has the highest number goes first, whoever has number 1 goes last (the coveted spot). Each gift can be "stolen" only once. The person who has #1, they can pick from anything, the rules do not apply to this person. When the gift exchange is over you can approach others to trade, beg, and barter.
