On The Beach

Cape Paterson is a beautiful seaside town that draws in numerous amounts of visitors. It is close to the larger townships of Wonthaggi and Inverloch, but still has a general store, restaurants and real estate.
Please be stealthy when obtaining the cache.

RULES:
1. Just like regular sudoku, each 3x3 subgrid, column and row must have the numbers 1 - 9.
2. Also like regular sudoku, no subgrid, column or row can have two boxes with the same number in them. Although, there is a twist!
3. Where there is a number in between the lines, it means that the two boxes on each side must multiply together to create the number in the middle. For example. if the number was 6, then the numbers on the sides could be 2&3, 3&2, 1&6 or 6&1.
Once you have completed the puzzle, use the numbers in the coloured boxes to solve the sum to get the co-ordinates.
