I noticed this one day on the way to work and I had to put a cache here.
I don't know if the coordinates are dead on, but with the hint and title, I'm sure you'll have no trouble at all. Trust your geosenses and don't assume!
You have no protection from muggle eyes, so I recommend going for this cache at night.
This is located on a military installation. Proper creditionals are required to access this cache.
Like others, I have moved on from this base. This cache's existence will rely on fellow geocacher's help.
