Geocache Description:

The geocache is a small spice container, with logbook, pencil and space for several small swaps.

The geocache is located near the entrance to the Bradley Chesterman Cave, which is part of the Mystery Creek Cave System and is located on the edge of the Southwest National Park. We were introduced to this cave by friends and instantly thought, "this place needs a geocache". Bradley Chesterman is a very family friendly cave that our 5yo and 3yo absolutely love. There is a 15 minute bushwalk to get to the entrance of the cave, which begins at the intersection. Follow the light track, and always keep the creek just on your left. In the main cave, you should not need to crawl, however there are many low areas where you may need to crouch or walk through water; therefore we highly recommend wearing gumboots, a hat and a headlamp so you can enjoy the experience to the fulllest. Please be aware of the weather when you plan your trip to Bradley Chesterman. There is a creeek of sorts through the cave, and snow melt or rain can cause flash flooding and other dangerous situations (please ensure you fill out the cave logbook at the entrance). At the time of placing, the cache included: - logbook, pencil and sharpener - My first trackable Dobby the RAOK Elf (TB8440J) - Despicable Me stickers - Racing car toy - Belle from Beauty and the Beast toy - Lobster toy - Dinosaur eraser - Despicable Me Edith toy
