Sportsmans Cache, Deer Camp Traditional Cache

Although deer hunting camps are not as popular as they once were, we are still able to keep ours going.

This cache is placed  to celibrate the oldest "lil raiders" first season deer hunting and attending our families deer camp.

Since the name references deer hunting , only makes sense that the cache be an ammo can. There is a trail that does eventually take you to the cache does tend to meander a bit but it will be your easiest route. Once you reach the final destination, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view, especially in the fall.  The area in view has been hunted by our familly for over 80 years and 4 generations. There are also benches to relax and catch your breathe. Due to the location, may be difficult to locate during winter months. Congrats to cbiij and dansspot on the ftf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
