But There Ain't No Flies on Us!
This cache is placed to taunt the BOY SCOUT camp near by. Placed by the 5th Spruce Grove Pathfinders.
On the last weekend in September of 2017 the Pathfinders were camping at the Scout Camp to work towards their Bronze Qualifiying Level of their Expedition for Duke of Edinburgh. We enjoyed 20km of hiking that weekend and using Geocaching as part of our Exploration. Also at the camp was a Scout Troop from the Lynwood Area. On the Saturday Evening while enjoying a nice campfire and singing by the lake we could heard the Scouts singing down by their own campsite as well. In true Girl Guide fashion we decide a raid and song battle was in order. We crept up closely to them and kicked off what ended up being an Hour and a Half of back in forth between our groups. The Pathfinders and Scouts all walked away with high spirits, new songs learned and a memory that will last.
