You could call this one "just hanging around' 

The Outer Loop Rd is a 7 mile strech that connects Hwy 89 and Williamson Valley Rd. No need to hop, crawl under or ju,p and fences. Cache is along some very convienet pull outs. Pretty much a park and grab. Enjoy.
