In the Boulder's area. It is really easy to get to. A little more tricky to find.
This is a special cache set up to enable Penguin to fulfil his first ambition. We will close the cache once Penguin has left. The cache is a medium-sized, soft penguin in a weatherproof, see-through pouch. Regrettably the clue has either to be so easy that you don’t need a GPS or slightly more tricky so that you do. This is geocaching so I have gone for the latter.
No stones, sand or anything else bar Penguin’s access to the penguin colony. But you will certainly not see its home nor is it likely that any resident penguins will either. No part of your body, including your hands, need go outside the boundaries of the handrails. Are you right?
