Geocache Description:

Each December, Pawtucket's Slater Park becomes a Winter Wonderland of decorated Christmas Trees. Take a stroll through the park and listen to the carols and see more than 500 individually decorated trees. We will be meeting in the parking lot, but after checking in you are welcome to explore all the park has to offer.

We hosted this event last year and it was the coldest event we have ever been to. Hopefully this year it won't be as bitterly chilly!

We will meet from 3:30-4 in one of the side parking lots to share trackables, talk about our winter caching plans, and hand out some holiday treats! Slater Park is also home to dozens of caches, so you will have lots to keep you busy (unless you've already found them all!).
