Geocache Description:

This puzzle is a member of the Map of Victoria GeoArt. It has been placed to coincide with the Parkville Mega.

The cache is not at the listed coordinates

We had a killer jazz combo ready to perform at the opening night of the Mega, but they had to disband due to creative differences. It’s almost always the drummer.
Fortunately we have a copy of the first fifteen bars of their piece below. You might even see some coordinates in there.

Though it won’t help solve the coordinates, you can get a sense of why they split by listening to a bootleg recording of the piece here.
