Geocache Description:

A fun cache to complete with the Geokids. Read a story and answer the questions to open the log book.

This is a replacement cache in the same location. Original was a multi. If you have already found this cache as a multi, feel free to log it again.

LWL1 (Literacy with Lizard) COW UP A TREE the first cache in the series.

As a preservice teacher i know the importance of literacy skills in primary school children. I have done this cache as fun way to read and gain literacy skills. The book can be read to your geokids or they could have a go at reading it themselves depending on their age. This cache is all about having fun while learning a skill.

Read the story and answer the following Questions.

On what page did Grandma tell the cow, “come down”?

How many apples are in the tree on page 11?

How many people are there on page 24?

The answers will give the 3 digit code you need to open the log book.

WILL TAKE NO MORE THAN 10MINS TO COMPLETE THIS CACHE
