The establishment at the nearby junction used to be (according to an old map I was looking at) the Prince Albert Inn. It now has a slightly more unusual name, and the combination of these inspired this cache.
You are looking for a small tube roughly lipstick sized. Accessible from the road side verge, no wandering into fields needed!
