Come join us for the Baytown Tourism Blue Heron Parkway CITO!
Come join the community and help us clean up the area surrounding Blue Heron Park! The CITO starts at ten and goes until noon! Hurricane Harvey has done a number on Baytown, but that doesn't mean our beautiful parks have to suffer. Come be a part of a year long effort to Cache In and Trash Out! You will also qualify for a profile souvenir! Where in the world is Signal? Australia Day 2018!
When: January 27th from 10 am - 11:30 pm
Where: Blue Heron Park. Meet at the table by the parking lot at 1600 Blue Heron Parkway, Baytown, Texas
What to Bring: Plastic gloves and bright orange vests are provided. Feel free to bring your personal gloves and vest if you have them. Pokey sticks are not being provided, so bring one if you need one. Some water and snacks will be provided!
We will pick up trash until 10:45. Then we will hold our raffle, make an announcement, and take group photo!
Please post a “Will Attend” log so we can figure out how many garbage bags, gloves, and orange vests we need to bring.
This will be the most fun you've ever had on a CITO! We'll be handing out tons of Baytown GeoTour Swag, so post a "Will Attend" so we can make sure we have enough! AND we will be holding a raffle. Will post picture of it soon.
