Looking at my caching karma recently, combined with my recent (thanks to Geocaching!) love of exploring all the Bay Area trails compelled me to give back. So I'm creating this Johnny Appleseed series, sprinkling caches all along the trails closest to home.
This cache is in Fremont Older about 75 feet off the Coyote Ridge trail. It is also approachable from the Tony Look Trail in Stevens Creek County Park. You can find lots of ways to access this area through the myriad trails in the County Park and Fremont Older. The view of the power towers is very nice in this section. I marveled at the engineering effort it took to get those towers placed in all of these valleys many years ago. GPS was iffy here so leaving a decent hint below if needed.
Congratulations to not2b for the FTF!
Good luck, enjoy the trail, and remember it is good to give back!
