Three American Geocachers will be visiting Sydney/Manly/Collaroy, New South Wales, and we'd love to meet some of the local cachers.
A year ago, Mocrin, Aix sponsa, and I took our first trip together. That escalated to six distant trips mostly within our own country (we did walk into Mexico). Together, we have visited more than 20 states in the US, logged over 2000 caches, and shared a lot of laughs. (Yes, that's all been in the past year!)
Now, we're bringing our 2018 adventures to the international level, and will be visiting New Zealand and Australia in January and February. We are leaving our snow behind in Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin for the sun and warmth in a new hemisphere!
We'd love to meet local cachers and hear about YOUR caching adventures! Please join us at Collaroy Beach (access from Pittwater Rd) on Saturday morning from 9-10 am on February 10th, 2018. Event is rain or shine.
We'll grab some tables in the park at the posted coordinates. There's a play ground for the little ones plus rock pools in case you feel like a dip, public toilets, car park paid parking, and Buses (here's a link to Transport NSW for details https://transportnsw.info/#/ )
Bring pathtags and trackables to exchange and trackables wanting to go to the USA!
A few prizes of unactivated geocoins/trackables will be given away.
