Without a doubt the wine industry is the driving force behind Marlborough's economy and this cache is the twentyfirst in a series by Kiwimykl (and others) to highlight the industry.
Wine Marlborough list 168 wineries on their website and at the time of listing this is the latest in the series.
With some of the oldest Riesling vines in Marlborough, Framingham planted their first Wairau Valley vines back in 1981, accredited as an environmentally sustainable vineyard and a winery with organic Estate viticulture practices.
The cache will be found opposite the cellar door entrance, near a power pole. Watch for muggles, especially workers at the neighbouring sawmill.
