A beautiful public space that few people would know is public space. Located between the two phases of the Watermark Condo development is public space. From the non-water (street) side of the development you access the elevated garden space by stairs or elevator (yes, amazingly there is an elevator that is part of public space). those needing to use the elevator should note that the elevator only runs from 10am to 6pm (May to Sept) and 10am to 4pm (Oct to April). You might even think that the elevator is reserved for condo owners. As you walk across the space you approach the ocean. There are benches to sit on and take in the view. You can then walk down to the esplanade. When you are sitting on the benches you are still higher than ground level but less so then when on the street side of the space. This geocache can be reached from both the ocean side and the street side. So wheelchair users can access the cache location from the ocean side when the elevator is closed.
There are lots of muggles - not only outside but also in the condos looking down.
There is absolutely no need to to walk in any of the gardens or areas marked off as private space.
Cache is small but easy to find. Didn't want to attract too much attention to someone looking for it. Please replace as found. I really want people to begin to recognize this as public space and utilize it more.
