Geocache Description:

Cache is accessible from the City Park (see Parking Waypoint), no need to trespass onto adjoining private property.

Not quite a literal P&G (cache is about 250’ from parking) but it’s a stroll not a hike.

Cache is located in the City of Arcata’s Valley West Park on Hallen Drive. The play structure is for ages 2-12 only, but the small field beyond is open to everyone, even us Geocachers! This park is actually a green belt cutting across the entire Valley West / Valley East area.

This particular piece of the park is nestled next to a small school and surrounded by apartments and a trailer park and is well utilized by local residents- so beware of muggles!
