This is a challenge cache. Coordinates will bring you to the cache location but in order to log it as found you have to meet the requirements.
You can sign the logbook anytime but logging it as found is allowed only when the requirement is met.
Logs that don't qualify will be deleted.
Requirements to claim the cache:
• Have at least 30,000 Favorite points logged across all your finds.
• Add a screenshot showing the total favorite points you've logged (see example).
You can find this information on your Project GC profile stats (under Caches with most favorite points).
