Il complesso di “Villa Corio-Durini-Beltrami” sorge lungo il Naviglio Grande di Milano in località “Ronchetto” ed è costituito da una villa di origine quattro-cinquecentesca e da una cascina ottocentesca articolati intorno a due corti. La corte padronale della Villa costituisce l’elemento più interessante del complesso e presenta il pregevole androne a volta a botte lunettata e affrescata con motivi naturalistici e del casato Corio, affreschi quattrocenteschi lungo le fronti interne e una terracotta invetriata rappresentante la Madonna col bambino.
D’interesse il portico della Villa, affacciato sull’aia dei rustici, composto da quattro archi ribassati sorretti da colonne binate con soprastanti formelle in terracotta raffiguranti soggetti religiosi. Gli interni invece hanno subito notevoli modifiche nei secoli a causa delle diverse fruizioni e dell’avvicendarsi delle proprietà. Da segnalare il camino in arenaria, soffitti lignei a cassettoni e affreschi cinquecenteschi.
Con il termine Ronchetto si definisce oggi una località a sud-ovest della città di Milano lungo il Naviglio Grande. L‘antico centro, un tempo, era limitato a poche costruzioni isolate nella campagna, che ruotavano attorno ad un nucleo principale noto come cascina Ronchetto.
Questo complesso oggi è costituito da due parti distinte: da un lato, con ingresso al n. 13 di via G. Merula, si trova una cascina di origine ottocentesca che racchiude una grande corte rettangolare e dall’altro, con ingresso al n. 15 di via G. Merula, sorge la quattocentesca Villa Corio-Durini-Beltrami.

The complex of "Villa Corio-Durini-Beltrami" rises along the Naviglio Grande of Milan in the locality of "Ronchetto" and consists of a villa of fourteenth and sixteenth century origins and a nineteenth-century farmhouse divided around two courtyards. The owner's court of the villa is the most interesting element of the past and presents the valuable hallway sometimes a lunette barrel and frescoed with natural patterns and the Corio house, fifteenth-century frescoes along the internal borders and a glazed terracotta representing the Madonna and child.
Interesting the portico of the Villa, overlooking the farmyard, consisting of four lowered arches supported by coupled columns with terracotta tiles above depicting religious subjects. The interiors, on the other hand, have undergone reflections over the centuries because of the different uses and the alternation of properties. The sandstone fireplace, coffered wooden ceilings and sixteenth-century frescoes are noteworthy.
With the term Ronchetto today is located a south-west of the city of Milan along the Naviglio Grande. The ancient center, at one time, was limited to a few isolated buildings in the countryside, which revolved around a main nucleus known as the Ronchetto farmhouse.
This complex was created by two parts: on the one hand, with entry to n. 13 of via G. Merula, there is a waterfall of nineteenth-century origin that encloses a large rectangular courtyard and, with entrance to n. 15 of via G. Merula, stands the fifteenth-century Villa Corio-Durini-Beltrami.
