This location was known to many as Magoon Dam. It is part of Curry Run and is located in State Game Lands 087. It is one of the areas that the Pennsylvania Fish Commission does their annual trout stockings. You will notice that the upstream side of the culvert pipe that goes under the road has a beaver dam just upstream of the entrance. As a search was done to find a suitable hiding site there was a lot of fresh beaver sign in the area.
