Geocache Description:

Here we have a CITO in Teynham. And a real CITO too - good old litter picking!

The caches are already all over Teynham… let’s take some trash out!

Saturday 7th April 2018. At 10am until 1pm

Please join me and other residents of Teynham in the annual spring clean…

It’s a little early for the annual CITO week, so think of it as a practise run! LOL!

I have spoken to the organiser (VC of Teynham council) all equipment and bags will be provided, and possibly a mug of tea (yet to be confirmed) I will get more closer to the time!

His very grateful reply to my offer of finding some free labour was “Yes, please, any help you can get from your friends would be very welcome – the more the merrier!”

Tony Rickson (Vice-Chairman, Teynham Parish Council)

We will meet at the Community Hall, at 89 Station Road, Teynham, (published coords)

Time 10am start… finishing when you want to finish… but I’ll say 10am - 1pm as some sort of set guide. You do not need to stay for the whole time, but the area of dispersal will vary depending on demand in the area.

There will be a log book available to sign from 945am - 1015 at the published coords, after that if you want to sign the log book (not required) then you will have to hunt me down around the village.

Parking is available along station road, as the community hall only really has space for about 6-8 cars, so will be full very early!
