Won't you join us for our spring On the Trail to Geowoodstock 2018 Giga Trail Mix? Winter will have passed once again and it will be time to stretch your legs and head out into the woods before those critters start to emerge! While we cannot guarantee clear and sunny skies (despite the fallacy that Ground Fox controls the weather LOL!), we can guarantee that you will have a fun day.
There will be a variety of different hides available for all to enjoy. There will be hides in the woods and also 100 + new hides along the Scott and Owen County backroads heading north towards the Giga. There are plenty of hotel rooms in the Georgetown area so please stay the night and continue to cache in the area on Sunday as well. Dogs are welcome, but please have them leashed as there are plenty of deer and horseback riders in this area. Bicycles are welcome on some trails but other trails intermingle with horse trails where bicycles are not allowed so be aware. We will have some breakfast items, coffee and water to get you started before venturing out in search of hidden treasures in beautiful Scott County! Bring your own beverages as well as lunch for your day out on the trails here. Please note that there are no bathroom facilities in the area and cell service is very spotty so please plan accordingly.

9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Meet in the grassy parking area of the Scott County Recreational Trails (coords listed for the event are the parking coordinates) to sign event log and meet fellow adventurous cachers, announcements, group photo perhaps by Moontwig :)???
