Blacksmithing
The birth of the craft in the ancient times is determined by the necessity of household and agricultural products. The main materials used by the blacksmith are the metals – iron, cast iron, steel, bronze, copper and precious metals. The long tradition of blacksmithing in Bulgaria keeps and uses old practices and methods for producing and decorating.

Зараждането на занаята в дълбока древност е обусловено от необходимостта от изделия за бита и земеделието. Главните материали, с които ковачът работи, са металите – желязо, чугун, стомана, а също така и бронз, мед, благородни метали.
