Sadly, DavidNessie passed away on September 23, 2020 (funeral information can be found here). On March 19, 2022 the family transferred ownership of his 8 caches to Mister Doctor.
This is DavidNessie‘s second cache.
This cache location is situated in the valley of Headingley Rd somewhere in the parkland easement towards Gordon Rd. It’s part of three park easements between Muir St and Gordon Rd. This park is perhaps the best of the three as bird life seems more abundant. A park seat is available at the Headingley Rd entrance to rest and take in the sounds. There is a formed footpath through the park.
The cache is off this path amongst the trees and shrubs by about 15 meters. You will be about 10 meters from rear fences of residences so some stealth will be required.
