The cache
is not at the listed coordinates. Please solve the puzzle below to find
the actual location.
This is one of two new photo caches
that replace and upgrade
GC24K9T - Astoria Riverwalk Photo Cache.
Its partner is
Astoria Riverwalk West.
---------------------------------------------------------------
To find the cache, you will need to solve a puzzle based on photographs
taken along the Columbia River in Astoria, Oregon.
Start at the listed coordinates.
This is the Columbia River Maritime Museum. Parking is available.
Start by walking east along the paved trail and watch for the site of the first
photo below.
The photographs were taken along a
one mile section of the riverfront
between the Museum and the East Mooring Basin (Sea Lion Docks).
This is a very enjoyable, scenic and historic walk (the "Riverwalk").
It also makes a fantastic bike ride.
Your goal will be to
locate the site each photo was taken from. When you find a site, read the
question below the photo. You should be able to answer the question by
looking around the area near the photo site.
