This cache is hidden on the edge of the 1st Balgowlah Scout Hall. It is currently a bison tube. You do NOT have to venture on to the golf course to find this cache. This can be a high muggle zone at certain times, partly because of the oval next to the hall, and partly because the hall can be rented out. If there is a kids party going on at the hall, be sure not to get in their way, and preferably do your search while they are not in the area (i.e. they're on the other side of the hall, or inside). You also do not have to enter the hall.
