New update for Vanishing Lake. There are often lots of muggles in the area. Suggest looking for this cache when there are not too many people around -- especially if there is a ball game or practice going on nearby.
Welcome to another cache hidden in Sea Cloud Park in Foster City! From this spot you'll look out over a seasonal lake (well, maybe "pond" is a better description). During the rainy season it fills up with water and you see a lake. But, during the late spring and summer it dries up and what is left is ... dried mud. The lake has vanished.
During soccer season and baseball season (when games are going on) the Seacloud parking lot can be a bit tight, but there is plenty of street parking nearby. Lots of muggles during games and weekends ... be discrete!
