Wallingford is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle to walk around in. It's friendly and a bit funky! This cache will take you to a few locations that always put a smile on my face. Why have boring streets, when you can see something bright and beautiful?
If you have the time, I recommend taking a walk to find all these waypoints. Park somewhere near 45th and Meridian and that give you a nice well rounded tour of the neighborhood. If you walk the whole thing you're looking at about 2.5 miles of walking.
