このキャッシュは、マルチキャッシュです。表示された座標には、キャッシュはありません。
地図を開いてみると道を示す以外に、様々な記号や線がルールに沿って書き込まれています。
しかし実際の地面には、地図に記載されているような記号や線が、書いているわけではありません。

公開座標の場所に立ってみてください。
そこには地図に記されている表記と同じものが、書き込まれていると思います。
緑色のラインです。

記念碑を探してみてください。
公開座標からステージ 1で見つけた表記に沿って、南に約382メートル進んでみてください。
その場所にはキンモクセイの木があり、その木の下には記念碑があります。
目標の座標の緯度は N35°46.600ですが、経度は示さなくても分かるかと思います。
地面に書き込まれている表記は、建物や線路や道路で途切れてはいますが、記念碑のすぐそばまで続いています。
その記念碑には”創立 A B 周年記念樹”と書かれています。
