Much of the time, trees live to see a lot of things come and go. The rings store "memories" of years past, of plenty and of drought, etc. However sometimes even when a tree looks healthy and stable, a storm can tumble it with no warning. The cache that used to be in this area was a tribute to the past, and since the tree it was attached to did not survive the storm, I thought it fitting to make a replacement cache that would be in tribute to trees themselves. I don't have a fancy container, just a simple cap'n'cap for now, but will consider changing it out for something nicer along the way if I come across something better.
Please be discreet at the GZ, you never know when you are being watched. It might help to have a four-legged friend as cover.
