This is my first hide as a Geocacher, and after my wife and I have found over a 100 caches in the area and other locations, we thought it was time to make one of our own. This cache is a multi-stage cache involving two historical markers for the Tri City Speedway and High Point Speedway, which were two historical automobile racing speedways that used to be right near where I live right now. They were the precursor tracks to what are now used in NASCAR today. Stage 1 is a two car parking spot and the posted coordinates for this cache. Stage 2 is right next to Stage 1 and is the Tri City Speedway Historical Marker Location. The sign here will give you the answers to the missing WEST coordinate digits for the final cache. Stage 3 is the High Point Speedway Historical Marker Location. You can park on the side of the road on Scarlett Drive. I would not park on Johnson Street as it is usually very busy with NASCAR speed (feels like it sometimes) traffic. The sign at Stage 3 will give you the answers to the missing NORTH coordinate digits for the final cache. There is parking near the final cache location and you should not need to go through anyone's yard to find the final cache.
