I started the Johnny Appleseed series about three months ago as I watched my caching karma droop over the years, and felt the need to give back, and explore the local trails in a different perspective. Since those 50 caches were placed, my karma has doubled from 0.35 to over 0.70, so I'm starting round two, sprinkling caches along the trails just a bit farther from home.
This cache is on the lovely and peaceful Los Altos Hills pathway called the Mary Stutz Path (sometimes listed as Dawson Path). There are at least four trail entrances to the path, all in quiet ritzy Los Altos Hills. Parking appears to be available at a pullout on the eastern most entrance on Dawson Drive, though you'll have to stomach walking close to multi-million dollar homes' front yards. Just follow the LAH Path signs shown below, all is legal. The cache is hanging out around the outside the bend of the path near the property line with private homes. Good luck!
Congratulations to eanders94040 for the First to Find!
Good luck, enjoy the trail, and remember it is good to give back!
