DCR Boys: I was in the area today and decided to snag the container here since the series has reached its conclusion. I've made the trip out to this cache 6 times just to get it published and to check on the container over the past 2 1/2 years. I've been here many other times as well doing my other passion. I had a lot of complaints about how far out this one was, but there were just as many compliments from those adventurous types who enjoy seeing new areas. All I have to say is try doing it with a back pack full of duck decoys, gun and shells in chest waders plus all your kids stuff. It's not for the faint of heart that's for sure. I really like this area and I'm sure I will use it sometime again.

Thanks for all the great logs. I always enjoy reading about everyone's adventures. My favorite log for this cache was from SuperGoober. He's always writes a nice log and always up for an adventure!

Geocache Description:

Chain Reaction #6 – Ripple

This 6^th stage takes you to Chain Lakes Bridge. This is a decent hike along a maintenance road that could be pretty grown over during the summer months. However, it is a fairly level hike but could require some bush whacking depending on the approach and time of year.

This area is open to hunting, so use caution and be courteous to others if seasons are open. I would not recommend searching for this cache between September 1^st through the 5^th as the approach to this location is close to a very popular place to hunt doves which opens on the 1^st of September annually. It usually calms down within a few days. But if it is a good year, it could linger for multiple days after the opener.

This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. You will need to solve the clue in Chain Reaction #5 - Earthquake.

****If Stage 5 was found before 5-25-18, then you will need to apply the following to the solution: Subtract .023 to the Latitude and Subtract .039 from the Longitude coordinates. This should only be indee49, gloter, and RLowtek****
