Geocache Description:


There is nothing at the posted coordinates. Not even a bridge, although there used to be one not that long ago.

The cache is a bison tube. Enter the answer to the trivia question into the Certitude checker for the cache coordinates.

Since the 2nd Line Rd W bridge was recently removed - in a controlled, planned, and orderly fashion as far as I know - I thought the area needed an easy puzzle cache about one of the worst bridge disasters in Canadian history. At one point in time, there was a bridge being built in the Ottawa area (across the Rideau River) called the Heron Rd Bridge. It collapsed during construction taking the lives of 9 men. To solve the puzzle, enter the four-digit year of this disaster into the checker. It should be easy enough to find.
