Bring your own pen. It's small and low. And thanks to NoBlueCircles's longer search on FTF, I'll also mention that it is very close to the trail.
How close to parking does it have to be to be a Park and Grab? I could see my car. When I've checked on a previous cache near here, my husband waited in the car with it running. You must park in the parking and not along the road. Road gets a lot of traffic. If you can, take the time to hike another 600 feet down the trail to a scenic area. Or walk the much longer trail.
The first two finders seemed to have trouble, so I changed the name from Park and Grab to Park and Hunt.
This is state game lands on the side away from the Pequea Creek. Wear orange in season or hike on Sunday. The river side is private property. STAY OUT OF THE CREEK; IT'S DANGEROUS. Creek is an attractive nuisance. Cache is on road side of the trail as are all other caches along this creek. Parking is at foundation for Martic Forge Hotel.
Congratulations to NoBlueCircles on the snowy (?) First-to-Find.
