Geocache Description:

2018 CITO WEEK HARRIS RIVERFRONT PARK RIVER CLEAN UP

This event will be held during CITO week to qualify for the CITO suvenior.

WHEN: April 21st, 2018

WHERE: Meet at the picnic shelter to the left hand side of the 10th St entrance of the park. (Across from the Cabell County Visitors Center)

TIME: 10am-2pm. Meet and organize at 10am, clean up will kick off around 11am.

We will be collecting litter though-out the park and from the river bank. Participants will be issued a garbage bag and directed to an area to collect litter.

Please bring work gloves. Litter sticks are strongly recommended. Dress in work clothes to get dirty. Water will be provided. If possible participants could organize a group lunch of pizza, or bring your own lunch.

Event is family friendly. Families can work in the easier areas of the park while those more couragous can tackle the hard to get areas.
