To find the final coordinates of this cache you must do a bit of wardriving. Wardriving consist of driving around with some form of a Wifi Scanner. In this case you can use a phone or laptop. One of the Network names will be coordinates. This is the location of the cache.
To find the code to unlock the cache: once you find the wifi network look at the house number. Add a 0 before it and that is the code to open the cache. This is all done with permission from the owner of the home and neighborhood managment.
