If you like to grab some cache while on your lunch break, when you're short on time and it's high in muggle activity, this cache is for you. Should be quick P & G, and is 'off to the side' of the main muggle traffic. If you watch your surroundings and time it just right, you should be able to grab this cache even during lunch hour, but still be stealthy!!
